I am feeling good today! I started the day with a fruit smoothie, lunch was some leftover shrimp (no seasonings ;)) that I had made into a stir-fry last night. Snack was almond butter and dinner is going to be baked potato and not sure what protein. I have no stomach pains today, no depression or anxiety. I threw away the shrimp seasoning. That's the only thing I can figure that was getting me.

I've had a very productive day. I vacuumed, then steam-cleaned my carpet. I've done 7 loads of laundry now that my washing machine is fixed. I organized and cleaned my weight room. I've done a couple loads of dishes, sewed buttons on 3 pairs of sons and hubbys pants, and cleaned my laundry room top to bottom. I still have energy! It's amazing how good I feel when I'm 100% gluten free. I can't believe the difference. I also have absolutely no joint pain today! I see my rheumy tomorrow and I can bet that he won't want me reducing my meds but I am going to push for it.

We have a crazy few days planned. I have to be in Omaha tomorrow, then take son to Lincoln. Pick him up on Saturday, then take him to another friend's for a movie, than Sunday is my birthday as well as New Year's Eve. LOTS of driving considering how far both towns are away from me. The forecast is for rain and possibly snow. Always fun to drive in <_<

I have to say huge kudos to hubby. He went shopping today and after the other night's fiasco, he was begging me to let him buy gluten-free products! I think the fact that he had to drive 70 miles with the windows rolled down in 30 degree weather really convinced him that he doesn't want me having gluten. He wanted to get me crackers, breads, all kinds of things but I'm trying not to eat too much processed foods so I turned him down. I did however let him buy me a gluten-free lemon cake mix for my birthday. I hope it's good, I've never made anything like that so this will be an experiment. I am so glad he finally saw the light, and heard the tummy and lived with the depression and anxiety and had to sleep in a separate room so he could breathe........ ah, the joys of gluten.....
