    Thanks for the help! I have to decide which one to get. I like the clan thompson software but Gluten Guard has so many more products.

    Thanks, did you purchase both the pc version and the palm or just the palm? Also have you tried the gluten guard? I downloaded the demo of that also and it does't seem bad either. Gluten Guard says it contains 100,000 products and Clan's only has around 5,600?

    The clan thompson software looks good, I downloaded the free trial. If you buy the computer software does it come with palm software too or is that a seperate purchase? I don't have a palm yet but would consider one for this reason. Thanks for any help!

    Does anyone know if these are gluten-free. It looks like the chocolate malt flavor gluten in it but what about the other flavors? Thanks

    EnviroKidz Organic Amazon frosted flakes cereal. It tastes likes Kelloggs, very good.

    Does anyone know what to look for in the ingredience that would tell if hidden gluten is in there? I know I can't have cookie dough or anything like that. I just mean the basics like vanilla,chocolate, strawberry. How about Dairy Queen? Like a bannana split blizzard? Thanks this stuff is hard to figure out!

    How long did it take for you to start gaining weight after going gluten-free? I have been gluten-free for two weeks now and have lost another 5lbs. I do feel bad for you guys who have gained unwanted weight and don't mean to be disrespectful. I really need to put back on 10-15lbs. so my clothes aren't falling off.     I do the same exact thing. I buy the powder at Walmart and mix it up in an empty bottle. I drink at least a quart if not more every day!

    Thanks, I know, I have started reading labels but some of the ingredients I have never heard of. I'm not sure if there is hidden gluten in there! I wish everything would say gluten in the ingredience or gluten freee would be even better.     Thanks, I really need to get there. I have been doing ok for the last week but I cheated really bad today. We went to the zoo and I did fine.     We usually shop at Meijer or Stracks. Wiseway on Main is not far at all, I'll have to check that out. I just found out about my gluten problem last week so I haven't had a chance to find to many products yet. Thanks for the tip, looks like a Wiseway run tomorrow!

    Hi, I recently went to the doctor for a check up. I had blood work done also. I then get a call a week later saying one of the levels for gluten was high and to come and and pick up a prescription to see a dietician for a gluten-free diet. Thats all the info I received. I have not yet seen a dietician but have been reading and trying to stay gluten-free....
