Has anyone had any experience with the product GlutenEase? A friend heard about this from a health food store in Alabama. The following is a quote from info I got on line. "GlutenEase offers those suffering with such intolerances (gluten and casein) assistance in digestion and assimilation fo the offending proteins. DPP-IV, is able to break down an exorphin peptide (a protein) believed to be a contributing factor in gluten and casein intolerance. This proactively heals the gut, reduces inflammation, allows proteins to be properly absorbed in their digested state and broadens the amount of potential food groups a person may eat." Sounds like a wonderful product if it will work. Just wondered if anyone else had any experience with it before I try it. Thanks, Corsicana Grandma
  5. The doctor that I confer with is Carol Dalton, RN, NP. She works from the Helios Health Clinic in Boulder, Co. She is the one who cured the candida that I had for a dozen years - no other doctor could discover the problem. She discovered my gluten intolerance and casein allergy. She had me do the tests thru the EnterLab. She charges $120. a 30 minute session. Some of the best money I've ever spent. Corsicana Grandma

  7. I just registered and this is my first post. I'm not sure I'm in the right category. I have come across this product. It is called GlutenEase by Enzymedica. It is a combination of enzymes plus a new one called DDP-IV. Here is a quote from their web site. "GlutenEase offers those suffeirng with such intolerances (GFCG) assistance in digestion and assimilation of the offending proteins. DPP-IV, is able to break down an exorphin peptide (a protein) believed to be a contributing factor in gluten and casesin intolerance." Supposedly you can take this and eat without fear of cross contamination and maybe a little gluten or dairy. Has anyone tried this? I haven't ordered it yet but I probably will unless someone tells me it doesn't work. Thanks for any help corsicana grandma
