I think if you have to go on a gluten-free diet, you should. Trust me, it helps a lot and it's worth it. Don't worry, you will feel pretty crumby in the beginning, but eventually your stomach and stuff will get used to it and be like "Ok, were getting used to this now." Hope this helped you! ... -

I do get a lot of good gluten free foods from Walmart too! Mine has some good options, but not a lot. -

I use Gluten free flower by King Arthur! It is really good and I use it in a lot of my baking, especially muffins! Flour Yogurt Melted coconut oil baking soda baking powder salt nutmeg 2 eggs sugar almond flour lemon juice Chocolate chips That was all the ingredients you needed! Enjoy! -

I like to look for things in the stores, but making gluten free food at home is fun and easy, depending on what it is. I really like to make chocolate chip gluten free muffins at my house, I make them big and their super delicious! -
Can we all agree that it can be super hard to find gluten free food, and then when you find it, you find either a ton of really good things, or a bunch of really bad things. Also, a long time ago I tried gluten free ramen and it was so good. Lastly, where does every body find their gluten free food. My best option is trader joe's, wegmans, and Aldis. 🤗 ...

If you can't stop eating gluten, and your gluten free, your risking so much in your health and it isn't worth it. It triggers an immune response that damages the lining of the intestines. Even the smallest particle of gluten can cause a serious reaction and intestinal damage that could take months to heal. DON"T EAT GLUTEN IF YOUR A CELIAC!! It's dangerous... -
I definitely agree here! As you said, a Gluten Free diet is really hard to manage, and I was little when I had to start eating gluten free, so when I couldn't get my favorite thing anymore, it was truly very difficult for me to understand.
