Yesterday, I saw on someone's entry that Blue Diamond almond thin crackers were among their favorite products, but when I saw them today at a health food store, the box indicated that the product was made in a factory where there might be wheat. YET, the box indicated that they were supporters of Celiac Disease Foundation! What is the truth here? Anybody know? I'm trying to find a good tasting cracker and this brand seems to be recommended a lot.
  2. My recipe for poppyseed dressing calls for French's mustard. Does anyone know if it is gluten-free? I know that Hellman's Dijonnaise is gluten-free, but it doesn't taste good in the dressing.
