King Arthur Gluten-free bread flour contains wheat starch, but has had the gluten removed. According to the FDA, it meets the FDA's gluten-free standard of less than 20 parts per million (ppm) of gluten. Has anyone here tried to bake bread from this? If yes, did you have a reaction? I’m doing OK except for an instance of cross contamination that knocked me for a loop over the weekend. Feeling much better today with still a little fatigue. Picking up tips on how to avoid future such incidents and becoming aware of just how sensitive I am. Looking forward to better days with more hope for improved health than prior to diagnosis.
