I also eat Amy's quite often (a real treat to have something in the freezer ready to go). I've routinely eaten Amy's mac & cheese, rice pizza and Mexican bowl without problems. I've also wondered why I don't see more mention of her products here. Maybe we need to recognize that some of us are more sensitive than others. Maybe cc will get me down...

In response to AutumnE, I too have Celiac Disease, facial rosacea and dry, itchy eyes. Recently it seems to me that taking Omega-3 in fish oil form twice a day (I bought a big cheap bottle at Costco) has really helped with the dry eye, to the point where I don't have to use drops much unless I've really strained my eyes.
