As a person with celiac I’ve eaten Idahoan instant potatoes for years. I had them last night without checking the package and had a significant reaction. I suspected other things that when I checked, did appear to be gluten free but when I checked the Idahoan package, it no longer has their gluten free logo. Has anyone else noticed this?
