    Yes...the staff (including our server) seemed to have some knowledge of the condition. They were very nice and understanding! The key, I guess, is just communicating.     Mission makes white corn tortillas "Restaurant Style" which are gluten-free. However in my grocery store, I've only been able to find the small sized ones and not the full-sized ones-- at any rate, they're pretty soft-- close to the traditional flour based tortillas.     You should be able to see a specialist before 4 months-- that is just crazy-- Is it possible for you to try another G.I. office/group and explain your situation.     Hello again, Since my recent Celiac diagnosis (this week), I decided to venture to the Grocery store-- a trip which took me about 2 hrs. to complete-- is this normal or I am I being overly-neurotic about reading labels. I just wish making more complicated selections could be as easy as picking up a bag of grapes or apples...but instead, I agonized over purchasing...

    Hello everyone, I just had my endoscopy this afternoon which confirmed my Celiac (had tested a "strong positive" on my bloodwork from about 3 wks ago). The results revealed Duodenitis with ulcerations (lots); evidence of scalloping og mucosa as well. They took multiple biopsies, too, but those results won't be back for about 2 wks.     Hi everyone, I am brand new to this forum as I have just received news last evening that my blood work numbers were all "Strong positives" for Celiac. I have an endoscopy scheduled ten days from now to confirm.
