I don't believe Corn Chex is gluten free. Rice Chex is. Make sure to check the box as it will actually say gluten free on it. I eat Cocoa Pebbles too. Fruity Pebbles are also gluten free. There are about 3 different EnviroKids cereals that are gluten free.

Do you like beans? Most of Bush beans are gluten free. Not the chili though. Bush Beans lists on their website their gluten free products. There is also a website that lists brands that do not hide gluten: www.glutenfreeindy.com. Not all of their products are gluten free, but they will declare it on the label if there is gluten. This list has helped me the most. Also, if you have a crockpot, there is a website, I can't remember the name. I'll look it up and let you know. It's something like www.crockpot365blog.com. Actually, do a search on the forum and it should come up. If it doesn't and you want it, let me know.

I love the Lundberg Risotto, especially the parmesan one. It takes a little while to cook, but you will have some leftovers for another meal. Bake some chicken breasts to go with it. My hubby, who is not gluten-free loves it!

Hope this give you some ideas. PM me if you have any questions.
