This is my first time ever on a blog. My new Zojirushi bread machine has 3 programable memory cycle, so that I can set up a program for baking my gluten free bread. But can anyone tell me how long to set the individual kneed, rise, bake cycles for??? I read somewhere that gluten-free bread only needs 1 kneed, and 1 rise cycle, but if I have to program...
