In all my posting, I have never come accross a board that checks each post and doesn't put them in the topic right away. What are you guys so worried about? Do you have to monitor everthing? Anyone know a good yeast free and glutton free bread? I did not feel better until I had eliminated all my allergy related foods, yeast being one of them. Most people with an allergy to gluten most certainly have other allergies. Check here for more into. Open Original Shared Link

Don't mean to get off the subject of Gluten, but I don't know where else to turn. Also I have noticed that many of you are eliminating yeast due to York lab results. I too have had very similar York lab results. My question to all those out there is thus: Yeast, it can be found in so many things... and so if brewer's and baker's yeast are a part of your elimination...

ARCHIVED York Allergy Test Is Back
christtheking replied to jaycee30's topic in Coping with Celiac Disease
RE: York Everything you need to know about York can be found by visiting the links below. I highly recommend York, as do many others on the forum. Just do it and stop worrying about it. Often it is covered by your insurance, but you must pay up front on your own. No local Doc needed. An MD will be provided through York. Open Original Shared Link... -

Welcome to the forum! I too have had very similar York lab results. My question to all those out there is thus: Yeast, it can be found in so many things... and so if brewer's and baker's yeast are on your list...does this eliminate all alcoholic beverages? And how vigilant are folks out there against all the forms of yeast. For example yeast can grow on the... -

OK Garic Powder...I wouldn't trouble you folks over such a simple item, but boy do I use alot of this stuff... it's my peper sub as I can't have pepercorn. I get mine from a grocery store called Haris Teater, There is no list on ingrediants on it so I asume it is just garlic. I called HT and they told me that this was more than likely the case. Thanks, and just to let you know, I have just recieved my york lab results that say no more dairy. I will know try to avoid. Thanks so much for your feedback! Regarding Canola oil, you may want to see what a general search engine brings up on the subject (top 7 results are negative, I stopped reading after that) Also Weil has an interesting article posted... -
Many of you have a casein allergy. I have been tested positive for gluten and now suspect casein as well. My question is thus: can you cheat much with a casein allergy? Specifically, what about milk and butter for baking? I can go with out cheese and milk etc...but I must admit baking will be more difficult. In other words if tested positive would this mean...
