Just registered for these forums and was thrilled to find this discussion!! I have not been very diligent since Thanksgiving in staying gluten-free. I kept thinking I was having just a taste here and just a taste there. But I was not feeling well and I attributed it to being laid off and a host of other stress related events. About six weeks ago...
