I also have gluten intolerance as well as lactose intolerance and recently i've discovered i have fructose intolerance. what can I do for bread? is it possible to make my own bread? also how about cereals,are there any I can eat? I think wheat is a no go area for fructose/lactose/gluten intolerant. ugh I really hope this isnt true because soya...
