    Just noticed this thread air born, i was wondering,i do metal detecting which is in farmers fields of all different crops after being harvested, will it affect me ???? gosh another thing to worry about.

Have i gotta keep every thing separate, do i need a separate cupboard for my food,utensils,etc, do i need my own pans, toaster,?? i don't want to make my wife and daughters eat gluten free i think it would be to much of a change for them all, i don't mind going it alone has long has i got the professionals on hand when i got questions to ask, thank you steven

    No problem loosing its puting it on thats hard, i can binge eat all i like and not put on an ounce, (8st 12oz)soaking wet

I take it all back, i always assumed that anybody on a weight loss diet had no will power, now i know it's hard, because ive only been diagnosed a week ago and im struggling, to frightened to eat practically, iv'e been living on boiled chicken, boiled chicken,ho yeh boiled chicken, im seeing a dietitian tomorrow hope thats going to get me on my way, my heart goes out to everybody on here because i didnt realise what a change we have got to make to our lives, only goto convince my wife of the importance of the changes to be made now, did anybody feel down when they realised what a change they were making, dont know why but i feel has low as i can go at the moment, hope it wont last best regards to you all steven. whoops my chickens boiled

Just had the confirmation letter from the hospital telling me i got coeliacs, right where do i start what can i eat,what can i drink, been looking around shops not a lot of choice, I've starved myself for three days not knowing what i can eat, bought some bread from tescos, yukkkkk taste foul is this what everythings going to taste like, im now waiting to see a dietitian, so i thought id join a forum for some help from the people who know, if this is in the wrong place i apologise im sure someone wil tell me what to do later looking forward too talking to you and geting your help advise and tips to make food taste nicer. thank you steven.
