Congrats! Keep in mind, though, that there's a chance the test could come back with a false negative--mine did. My doctor said that this is common and that the best way to know for sure is to go gluten free anyway. I did (it was one year on Tuesday!) and I felt better after just a couple of weeks. For me, it isn't really the food. Meat, fruits, vegetables, etc. are all still available. I enjoyed a simple chicken and rice meal even before going gluten-free. Granted, I miss bread--I was always the person who got overly excited by breadsticks, or the bread at Carino's (yum!), but it actually hasn't been that hard to go without. I have been spending a... -
Yeah I've heard about those apps. I have a Palm phone, and so far I haven't seen any Palm apps like that. I really wish there were, because I would use it all the time!

Hello! I suppose you need some info on me. I am 21 years old. My symptoms all center around eating. When I start to get hungry, I essential lose ALL energy. It's like I haven't eaten in months.
