  1. Thank you for all the responses and thank you especially to Lisa! That is exactly what I was looking for. I've had skin issues forever and am only now making connections. Even my dr thought I should eliminate topical irritants along with diet, so this is fabulous. So far I've only been able to get blanket statements from manufacturers that don't really help at all.
  2. I'm very new at all of this. We have cut gluten out of all our food in the last month. (That was a real joy at Christmas time!) I have one son that is for sure gluten intolerant, and a 9 month old baby that probably is as well and I'm pretty sure I am now that I know all of this, so it just needs to go for all of us. Anyway, I'm figuring out all the food stuff, but I can't seem to find the info I need for other stuff. I have horrible excema along my hairline and it occured to me today (like a brick to the head) that something I'm using on my hair or face is probably the culprit. Instead of just trashing it all and starting from scratch (too expensive), I thought I'd figure out which product it is. However when I look at their labels I don't see any obvious key words. Is there a list of unsafe non-food ingredients anywhere?
