  1. Trying to find a group with others that suffer from celiac. Any out there?
  2. I always use paper towels for everything! I know its not great for the environment, but I have to be super sure not to get glutened. If I get glutened it better be from a bite of pizza! I wont eat pizza that has gluten and I sure wont use regular dish towels that my family uses.
  3. Today I had 2 handfulls of almonds 1 handfull of peanut M&Ms Left over ham from Easter with mashed potatoes topped with cheese, sour cream and bacon bits. I also sauted baby bella mushrooms and asparagus with garlic and butter. Work out: Body works plus abs class for 1 hour then more abs and arm work for another 1/2 hour. Overall good day
  4. I had been working out and lost 20 pounds and then after diagnosis I have gained 8 pounds back from diet and lack of exercise. I am currentley working out 5 days a week again and am starting to lose the weight again. Either way life has dramaticallly improved in so many ways that weight is not really to much of a priority. Just staying healthy.

  18. I am no expert, although I do know that any change in diet and or exercise could change your menstral cycle. Just saying. I would wait a few more days and see a doctor if you still dont know.

  21. Made them last night, sooooo good. This whole gluten free diet is not so bad after all
  22. Okay, I went shopping today (after more research) and bought more veggies, fruits, and rice. I also started Gas x and Lactaid. So today's diet was really good and I have less gas and bloating then yesterday. Hoping to keep eating more pure raw foods and will add more food next week to see if i can't find out the problem.   25. I'm 1 week into a gluten-free diet and for the past 3 days I have been experiencing the worst most constant and smelly gas. The bloating is killing me and the cramps hurt. I'm embarrased to go anywhere for it smells so bad, and it's about every 10 to 30 minutes. Is this just my body adjusting to no gluten? Please for me and the sake of my family ...
