    Thank god. I ate some potato chips and I looked on the website afterward and it said "contains corn gluiten" I like had a heart attack.

    Plain yogurt does the trick Add a 1/2 cup to a cup to every recipe. It works perfectly.

    Not as bad as your grandma like being on your shoulder all the time.. "awww... i feel so bad for you!" "Let me make you some new gluten free mocha brownies i found a recipe for!" yuck.

    Kroger makes a gluten free one, surprisingly. If you have a Kroger nearby, look in the international foods section, and in there, look around the chinese or thai section. It's regular Kroger brand, and it has no gluten or wheat whatsoever. Doesn't taste too bad either It is also only like $2.00 per large bottle... compared to the 7 of Tamari.

    I went to space camp in Huntsville, Alabama over the summer and they had supposedly "gluten free" meals. I went there, and the first day the cafeteria had no idea what "gluten free" was. It took them and hour and a half to get my food ready, boiling some chicken and carrots. It was horrible. Nothing was organized, and they weren't careful about anything....

    I have just recently moved to Kobe, Japan with my dad. It's very hard to look at labels and read the labels to find out if it has wheat or not... especially when it's in Japanese hiragana and kanji. We found out the kanji for wheat, or mugi, but it's hard to tell because sometimes you miss it, and sometimes the label is wrong. One good thing is that all...
