  1. That’s what I’m wondering also! Who knows all I know is this isn’t fun haha! Thank you for your feedback!
  2. The reason why I think it’s the beans is because all their food is made in house. They are not canned baked beans. They were thicker than normal baked beans from a can.
  3. Hey everyone! My names Shelby, I’m 21 and I went gluten free about 3 weeks ago. My mom has been gluten free for 8 years and now I chose to do it as well following a rash outbreak that my mom said looked like what she used to get before she chose a gluten free life. So I’ve done really well with gluten free eating and I’ve been feeling so so much better. So last night my husband and I went out for dinner at a local restaurant, and I ordered all gluten free foods and then baked beans. The baked beans were thicker and i took a big bite of them and didn’t think about whether it may or may not of had gluten until after it was consumed.. oops. Fast forward to today I felt fine up until about 5pm.. I now have a migraine, dizziness, brain fog, my joints and muscles are stiff and sore, I have not had a good bowel movement today (constipation), I’ve been very irritated all day, and tired. My stomach has ached off and on all day today but nothing crazy. I should add that since going gluten free I haven’t had a migraine or headache and my other symptoms have lessened significantly! So do you guys think these mystery baked beans had gluten in them? Or maybe I’m just catching my husbands sick germs he’s had? Thanks! Edit : All their food is made in house. These are not canned baked beans.
