  1. MAC is probably your best bet, both in terms of color and in being gluten free IF you stay away from the amplified formula. The main thing you will be looking for in any lipstick formula (lip balms, too) is triticale vulgarum (wheat germ oil -- it can be listed both ways.)   2. I think most gluten-free cookies aren't worth the calories or the effort to open the box. These are the exception --they're amazing. They actually taste like a normal, very crisp cookie. I went back and cleared out the shelf (there were only three bags left.) Also, the gluten free granola (maple cranberry nut), super good too.
  3. Progresso's safe + some of Amy's soups (I get them at whole foods) are gluten-free (read the labels).
  4. I've used C & H for years without any problems. All confectioners (powdered sugar) contains corn starch; it's how the texture is created.
  5. No more migraines. The weird skin rashes (not DH) that had my dermatologist scratching her head while writing a prescription for ever stronger steroid creams are gone. I'm no longer anemic. The slight stomach ache I had every day of my life (hey, it was normal for me) finally went away. I like feeling that my body and I aren't at war.
  6. The ingredients are probably fine, but I would worry about cross-contamination from being in the deli case.
