Ruth, my son is 12 and a boy scout - who loves going camping. His leaders have been great about the food. and his assist scout master is female and is a fantastic cook who can always adjust something to be gluten free....my son just got back from a hike to Philly.... here is his menu. breakfast - cereal (he brings his own - Fruitty pebbles) ...
