Good advice has already been delivered. I will just chime in and say everyone is right. I enjoy the Tinkyada pasta; it's awesome & I eat a lot of fruits and veggies. With just beans and rice, one can make a lot of cheap good eats. You've got Mexican, southwestern, Indian, and who knows what else depending on the spices you add.
