1 Of 3 Tests Not Done - Is It Crucial?

I am just now being tested for celiac's disease. My doctor ordered 3 tests - IGA, Serum; Gliadin AB; Tissue Transglutaminase AB IGA. The first and last appear to be within normal limits. However, the middle test, Gliadin AB, was not done as the lab had an "accident" with my specimen. Does anyone know if it would be wise for me to have this test done, even though the other 2 suggest that I do not have Celiac's? I don't necessarily have the classic symptoms of Celiac - just trying to determine if I may have "silent" celiac's disease - been diagnosed with RA but it has always been non-reactive - no confirmation with blood tests.

Appreciate any help.
