I used the app "Find Me Gluten Free" and discovered a wonderful restaurant in Chattanooga, TN called "Bantam and Biddy". The app allows users to rate celiac friendliness and comment on their experiences. I was floored that Bantam and Biddy have dedicated gluten free fryers. It's really disconcerting how dumb doctors are about celiac disease. I was in the military in 2000 when I presented with chronic fatigue, low protein levels, low iron levels and elevated liver enzymes.
