I get really OCD about contamination; I've been living in group housing for the last few years with people who fluffed flour all over the place (always making me sick!) so I've been working on chilling out now that I'm in a safe environment. All the conflicting information out there about CC sure hasn't helped...

My partner is great about not bringing gluten foods into our house, she has mostly switched over her diet to accommodate my celiac needs, and she lets me know if she has gluten in her mouth so we can wait a while before kissing.   3. Yes I will try making some of my own! I have definitely noticed there are times I feel my gluten symptoms flare up and I feel like I'm missing something... I'm pretty strict with my diet and sometimes when trying a new product marked as gluten-free I'll still react.   4. Yep, I'm definitely lactose intolerant so I took a lactase supplement that I know is gluten-free. My lactose symptoms include the classic gas/bloating/diarrhea, but my gluten symptoms are extreme hunger/constipation. I got the latter from this eggnog!   5. I know it's an old thread, but for anyone who's interested I just got sick drinking Horizon's Lowfat Egg Nog. I tend to be on the more sensitive side, and this one feels like a mild reaction after one glass. Hope this helps.
