  1. Update: just did a little research online and find that amino acids really help to gain muscle. I'd love someone trained to talk to about the benefits of all of it.
  2. I have been using Kaged Muscle Pre-Kaged as pre work out drink.
  3. Hitting each muscle group 2x per week is probably ideal for muscle hypertrophy for a large percentage of the population. It is completely possible to gain muscle from resistance training twice per week.
  4. The chocolate peanut butter is not bad. Cheaper than quest, not as good, but they're passable.
  5. Protein powders and exercise. That way the weight you will gain will be healthy and not just fat.
