make sure you have no inflammation so just walking into Coles this doesn't happen. with coeliac disease  a loaf of bread or 20 mg is enough for sudden death .

don't walk in Coles stay away.

  4. hi, I was wondering has anyone gone to Coles on occasions where you've been there for 25 minutes then has had a panic attack but doesn't happen every time only certain days of too much Airbourne flour actual cooking not stored. a full-blown panic attack almost hyperventilating and then gasping for air but the  inhaler saved my life but hasn't been diagnosed for a epi pen but this was high inflammation that was so scary that I'm never shopping again because celiac disease is like an Astro naught that goes into space and about 90-120 seconds after you remove the helmet, you would die from asphyxiation. If a full loaf of bread is cooking  and your in the room and its Airbourne if you inhale. stay away from it! A in haler will save your airways but stay away from it.  Has anyone else experience this?

  5. glutened peoples experience ?via flour airbourne.
  6. I'd gets a blood test, also an endoscopy mate also colonoscopy also to determine if its inflammation via junk food or sugar also food allergy to wheat gluten and flour is hard to breathe through so don't work in industry with flour. also 6 weeks to eat gluten hurts but it will save your life if you want a payment plan id eat it for 6 weeks then test then...
  7. So I have been diagnosed four years ago with celiac disease but I had endoscopy four years later and had fexofenadine also before skin test come back negative . 8. ok true really . sorry to hear about that ! i was in my late 20s when i had black outs for no reason and just full on panic attacks would always black out and be like what the heck but like just body in shock but now I take fexofenadine and 2 puffs inhaler because it helps the panic attack and open airways and fexo relives symptoms its so good knowing this...

Has anyone noticed when they were a kid that they had celiac disease or was it older in life? like did it just come out of know where like I was diagnosed via blood test. but I never noticed I was always fatigued but I thought that's what life was for me until swap of gluten free diet and then when near foreign substances my life was just upside down and...
  10. Anyone coping mechanisms on being exposed to flour exposure also wheat Airbourne??
  11. Fexofenadine and inhaler for when in environments avoid flour all together 12-24 hours. Also does your throat close over or breathing hard to breath and virtigo ?
  12. Have you ever stopped breathing like what's the worst your attack has been also are you in environment with flour as we are to avoid all together.
  13. Thank you I have had allergies test on skin and come back fine that was the skin not Airbourne or actually near flour . But like epi pen isn't prescribed because it's a disease not allergy but wheat and flour and gluten is derived from one and Airbourne is a reaction so Airbourne avoid all together for 12 hours . Are you a celiac ?
  14. I have been diagnosed from celiac disease 4 years ago . when around flour cooking its hard to breathe also having to overdose on fexofenadine and inhaler and coffee also body goes into shock with allergies to foreign bodies. my symptoms are swollen tongue , swollen oesophagus , difficulty breathing, and chest pain along with bloating , and shock, rumination...
