Strange diagonal creases on forearm

I too have it on my left arm, these diagonal lines. I had a child a year ago and they started showing up around two weeks ago. Mine doesn’t come and go it’s always there, I wonder if it has anything to do with deficiencies since I’m still breastfeeding or if it’s my Hashimoto’s. I don’t have gluten allergies either
