    Just a quick update. I am happy to say that two of my (non-celiac) coworkers came in wearing green! I haven't heard about any memorials. I am also part of the NYC celiac meetup group and I know on there they are encouraging people to make one of her recipes.

    I'm not sure if everyone saw the previous post about this. A bunch of us were going to wear green today, the official color of celiac awareness, in a tribute to Bette Hagman who passed away this week.     The EXACT SAME THING happened to me also with the salmon avocado roll. I checked the ingredients religiously and absolutely nothing contained gluten except for the soy sauce which I never use. I wish I had an answer for you but there must be something in that roll that is making people sick.

    I actually came on here to vent about my gluten craving and found this thread. I am 16 weeks pregnant and have such a strong craving for a glazed doughnut I am practically in pain. I am so jealous of non-celiac pregos right now my heart hurts.

    I don't know if you would consider this but before I got pregnant I was on the birth control patch, Orthoevra. I really liked it and never had a problem with it. (I didn't get pregnant on the patch, I went off when we started trying)

    I hope this post makes sense since I am writing through brain fog. So in addition to a total brain fog and feeling like death, I am worried about the baby. Did anyone have kids before they were diagnosed and if so, are your kids ok? I have heard it was very bad to get glutened while you were pregnant since it can hurt baby. Can anyone help?

    I get veeeeeeeeeeeery dizzy with cross contamination in addition to my gastro symptoms. I just chalked it up to the celiac.

    What a great co-worker! That's so sweet! For my birthday we had a sundae party in the conference room. It was kind of silly and very retro but I had a great time. Happy Birthday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
