    hey yeah only like five of my friends know i have celiac and my best friend maggie is working on planning her birthday party and shes kinda working around my diet to figure out a place where we can all go out 2 eat. she roxs!!!

    ok the way i look at it is would you: eat a porcupine? cut off your tongue? drink amonia? jump off a bridge? think about these things next time your tempted. Remember: YOU ARE ONLY CHEATING YOURSSELF!!!!!!![/color] Good Luck!!!! ( and can u belive that im only 13???!!! )
  4. i am 13 and have been gluten free for 4 years. its the hardest thing i have EVER done but its better that getting sick all the time.i have had symptoms all my life.

    hey marshmallows should be fine because i eat them all the time but wheat starch is a definite no!!! even if there r only a few "ppm" u shouldnt eat wheat starch... belive me i have looked everything up. if i can help 4 anything just personal message me kay?
  6. yeah this probably wont help you but in texas u can go to Whole Foods or amazon .com...if u go on google and look up gluten free recipes u can also find good food.belive me my mom has the hardest time finding good food for me and my little sister to eat!!! good luck!
