Hi trents. Thanks for all the details about what I need to do and not do. I was diagnosed as a child and my parents being a doctor and a nurse made sure I avoided wheat products. Just Found Out You Do Not Outgrow Celiac Disease - 50 Years of Bread Hi. I am so sorry that you have had to go through such an ordeal, Scott. I think the fact that there are so many possible symptoms of celiac that are also symptoms of other diseases, and that many celiacs do not have obvious symptoms contributes to delayed diagnosis.
