I was diagnosed by a doctor who said he thought I had Celiac (after a biopsy) but would say I did because one or two villa looked dead. I have no symptoms except low blood count. I have no other effects at all. My blood count can be “fixed” with blood infusion treatments. I have difficulty eating gluten free food as I get nauseous with the textures. As I h...
