    I used to be able to get the Rivera yougut i havent been able to get it lately. I like getting it did say it did say gluten free. I just looking for a good yogurt that gluten free that i can add some fruit and nuts to any suggestion would be helpful thanks

    im do have low zinc and iron i know. thanks for the feedback. maybe i should be off dairy i feel i need dairy for calcium im also a vegetarian.

    i really like Breyers ice cream and it used to have a label saying gluten free? is it still gluten free does anyone know i was wondering if the French Vanilla Black Cherry Napoleon are still gluten free the label not on it anymore

    they gone down alot since my diagnosis . the ttg test was done in a hospital it still not in the normal range 2 yrs later. the last time went up by the one before a little. maybe it just takes more time really trying to be careful i need to look at everything i eat to make sure

    i have been gluten free for about 2 yrs i had a ttg recently done my blood test was .7 higher then last time. i must be doing something wrong im still not in the normal range. What advice would anyone give?

    I was wondering if anyone know if Crush Mouthwash Pro Health Baterial guard is gluten free? Also Toothpaste i used Colgate is this ok? what does everyone else used? Mouth Wash Toothpaste?

    i havent gotten anything at starbucks since i had to go gluten free i do miss the fraps and iced and a few of the hot drink. oh well .

    ok thanks its not in the normal range for me yet. its just been about a year on a gluten free diet it difficult, im hope things improve i get to the normal range. i will keep trying. wow you done it for 14 yrs good luck

    they have gone down but they are not at the normal area . i been really trying to be healthy i was just wondering if at a year if they should be normail. it seems like it could take longer thanks

    its been more then a year should i be worried im really trying it gone down alot . has anyone else had this issue not a normal score after a year? maybe i just need to wait a bit more.
