    Breyer I know is gluten free some of the flavours are . I been eating Haagen Dazs the vanilla Almond bar I believe they are ok I know the ones have cookie dough aren’t ok . What kind of ice cream do you like .

    Hi I’m from Canada too Schar is my Favorite bread I have had the promise bread . I notice a lot if the bread you almost need to toast I also like Stoked oats gluten free ones and Enjoy life for cookies .

    Thanks for your input I just found out this year I have celiac disease it a struggle everyday I’m a vegetarian too it very hard . I miss so much of the non gluten free food. At least I can enjoy a haagans Dazs and make my smoothies . I lost like so much scary I’m eating alit better I used to a few years ago. I just want to Improve my nutrition I’m low in so...

    How long did it take on a Gluten free diet your body and stomach return to normal. The nutrition improves you gained weight . I’m finding it very hard to gain weight . Is anyone else have an issues like me. I’m really trying to improves my diet and still have some treats

    hi Gina sorry you heard you have milk proteinAllergy and nuts that very difficult for me for breakfast I usually have a green smoothie and then my gluten free oatmeal . Really trying to improve my diet just this year I had to go on a gluten free diet it very hard I’m a vegetarian I hope things improves for you.

    I been taking a multi vitamin ,b12 and d3. Maybe iron I should be taking I’m seeing a nutritionist or Dietitian tomorrow any advice would be helpful . What some important question to ask . thanks Mari and Russ for your feedback

    Is one of day multi vitamin gluten free I wasn’t sure I need more copper in my diet one a day 50 plus is it gluten free and vegetarian ?

    What are the most important vitamin for someone on a gluten free diet . I’m really trying to get better .it’s also hard I don’t eat meat . Also with reading labels it confusing sometimes it doesn’t say sometime if it gluten free I wish It would just say . I just a lot of weight

    Does anyone know any good ice cream I had the So Delicious brand . I really like Haagans ice cream unsure if I can have it anymore . Guess I need to keep trying food gluten free to see what I like

    Have you tried the Carbonaut bread yes it more I also had the Schar bread too some of the bread does taste as good . It’s more expensive

    Charliexxx thanks i had the endoscopy I didn’t do the gluten challenge we will see what happens they took some biopsy is that normal . it sad so many good food have gluten in it I stop gluten in February after such a high ttg
