    I eat their fries without any problem...they do not put the seasoning on them but they do have dedicated friers..The manager told me yesterday that they would be getting gluten-free buns and "special" pans to heat them.

    While out to dinner one night, my friend's husband thought he was being clever and when he ordered said "and make sure you make mine with extra gluten" then began laughing like the moron he is. When I ordered I asked the server to make sure to bring my friend's husband a side order of brains and empathy since he seemed to be starving for both...the server...

    I have never had a problem with Outback...they are actually my go-to restaraunt when I am out of town. Myabe I have been lucky, I can get sick pretty easily..it has never happened with them.

    Just wanted to share a bit about this restaurant to all who can get there. We went there last night to avoid the overcrowding for Mother's Day. Not only was the food and service suburb but the owner himself oversaw everything that came out of the kitchen. When the waiter brought my salad, the owner came by before I could take a bite to make sure the waiter...

    Can gluten free pantry and 365 be made in a bread machine? My son was just diagnosed and he is away at college...I am trying to teach him how to do his own stuff, so I bought him a bread machine and some pamela's bread mix. It worked out well but it would be nice if he had some other options.

    My doctor felt that since I have a positive diagnosis it was necessary to test the boys. I am glad she is being so thourough since many are not. She ran genetic testing for the "celiac gene". I got a call from her office today requesting us to set up an appointment. She was unavailable but when I asked if my son's test negative I was told he had one genetic...

    I just found out that there is a new store open in Thousand Oaks, Ca. It is a completely gluten free store. It is a little over an hour from where I live but just might be worth the drive....www.simplyglutenfree.org. I hope some of you are close enough to enjoy this new facility and keep it in business.
