  1. I had a feeling these were a bigger problem for people than I thought! I've had larabars but they are low on protein... I'm looking for something with whey and up to 20g per bar if possible.

  3. I agree with you 100%, it is always a very personal decision - and honestly, there are enough personal care products out there that don't have gluten in them, so it is easy to avoid. But if you are really stuck on one particular shampoo, then only you can decide.
  4. Let's be realistic here - think about the percentage of the shampoo that is made up of wheat... maybe 1 or 2% of the final product, but probably much less? Then let's think about how much shampoo you actually use for your hair in the shower. Then let's think about how much could POSSIBLY get into...
  5. If you're not eating it, then I really wouldn't worry about cross contamination.
  6. Thumann's hot dogs are my absolute favorite and they are certified gluten free by the GFCO (check for the logo). It is rare that I eat something like a hot dog, but now that summer is upon us and there are bbq's popping up all over the place... well, sometimes it's ok to treat yourself

  8. yeah i didn't think there was much danger of glutening, but since i've been gluten-free (since december) i've only been drinking bacardi rum, captain morgan, tequila or potato vodka. i'm excited to make martinis with potato vodka and limoncello now. talk about strong, yummy drink! see ya...
