  1. What a beautiful baby! I'm glad that ya'll are doing well. Beautiful name for a beautiful girl! Congrats!!
  2. Thanks for the tips ya'll! I hope it works. My son would freak at the opportunity to go to Legoland. If we can ever make it out to California, I have to take him!
  3. My daughter is 11 and my son is 7, then there is my husband (child lol) who is 33, and the four legged ones who are 6, 3, and 4 mos. I've tried changing my picture to one with all 3 of my kids (hehe) in it but it always comes back to this one.
  4. Hi and thanks for making me feel welcome! I looked all over, and even for my Kindle, but no book. *sigh* That's ok. I have been doing research on different homeschool curriculums for my son and haven't been on in a few days. Wow this thread moves fast! Happy Thursday ya'll! Congrats on the new job!!
  5. My two kids and I have tried several kinds of bread and have even made our own, but I have to say Udi's is awesome. It tastes the closest to regular bread so far. I especially like the multi grain (?) one. Their muffins are out of this world, too.
  6. I have the same problem with my son and his school. He's in the first grade this year and everything is about food. If I hadn't have shown up at his Christmas party when I did, he would have been given all sorts of gluteny foods. Even after several lengthy talks with his teacher! I wish we had the option of getting a 504 for my son. I was told...
  7. I have to go find that book! Prick... Allbone....sluts.... LMAO
  8. Hi! I remember you too! I contacted Scott Adams and he combined the other 2 into this account. OMG these days I'm so tempted to have a slice of pizza or maybe some KFC. That new "double" thing they came out with is really calling my name. I have so many other allergies that it would be a real doozy if I did decide to buy one though.
  9. is on the computer

  10. Thanks! I'm going to use that account and try to get rid of the other one. I didn't think I could remember what it was, but here it is!
  11. I couldn't find it.. I found this one though. Hmmmm wonder when I made this one. Anyone know how to delete an account on here. I'd like to have just one.
  12. Hey this is me!!! I need to figure out what my name and password is!!! How cool.
  13. Hi I used to be on here a few years ago and not that I'm not so busy, I have more time to myself. I don't remember what my user name was, but I think it was jenyanderson, or something along those lines. Well anyway, I just stopped in to say "hi".
  14. I live in Lawton. We're originally from Houston, but have been stationed here most of my husband's career. My 2 kids and I are gluten-free. (So NOT a Sooner fan...Go Horns!)
  15. Hi, I'm a military spouse (Army) and I've had Celiac Disease for 7 years. My son has it as well and my daughter is on the gluten-free diet because she has Asperger's. We're in the EFMP program, but not for Celiac Disease. I was told that since there was nothing to "treat", it couldn't be added. It would make travelling a lot easier and yes, I think they...
  16. Thanks! I've been here before, but never posted anything. I also have a good recipe for Peanut Butter Cup Cookies...if you're interested. It involves a mix, too, but most people think it's homemade.
  17. I really hate that... I had a boss that actually called me "retarded" in front of a customer after he found out I had Asperger's.
  18. I've been using the mix from "The Cravings Place" I think it's called their quick bread and muffin mix. It's so good my normal husband ate them too. They sell the brand at our local market here, but I don't know where else it's sold.
  19. Odenton is right outside the base from me. I'm on Ft. Meade! Nice to know that there is someone that is so close that is Celiac, too.
  20. I've been playing with my page on Myspace for the last few days. I've been finding a lot of my cousins and friends from school. I was shocked when I got on here and there was 1/2 page since yesterday afternoon. hmmm.... I'm worried about our President too. Where could she be? Hopefully the bushes she cut didn't get their revenge. Susan I wish...
  21. CONGRATS!!!!!! That's awesome!
  22. If you go on the diet and your symptoms dissapate then there's obviously a problem. Usually when you go on the diet and then you get off it again, the symptoms come back and then there's other things that show up that you didn't realize were there before you got on the diet. The military doctors and not very willing to diagnose celiac or test for it. I...
  23. That's the problem we have with her current psychiatrist. she hasn't put her on meds, she looks down at the gluten free diet as starving her because she is so picky. It's frustrating.
  24. Update....my DH and i decided to go ahead and get the second opinion for my DD and her ADHD.
  25. I was diagnosed with a "mild case" and I can tell you honestly that you have to follow the diet. I tried not to at first and it almost killed me. I still use the toothpaste and shampoos that I usually would have, but I have to be conscious of everything that I injest. I have had severe bone pain, and brain fog, and vitamin deficiencies just having a few...
