I've had the same problems with anything soy if i drink milk or have something dairy after or before.     I buy a bottle or two Monovie some time and have no problem with it. I like to take a shot of it before i work out or go hiking. Haven't tried any of the other ones yet.     Wow this thread just kept going. Definitely the most interesting one I've seen. When they test you for Celiacs disease there testing for a specific gene that you have attached to your DNA.     The only thing i trust from McDonald's is there fries. Only because they use a separate fryer for them. At home you should have a separate cabinet where all your gluten-free foods are put at.     I know in Wisconsin there is a Noodles and Company and they have a list of there ingredients and allergeys. Also check out The Great Dane, I've had there cearsar salad with chicken(hold croutons) but the great thing is they have Strongbow on tap which is a dry cider from appels, not actually beer but very tasty.
