  1. Im a long time vegetarian, no dairy either and also celiac. I do eat eggs occasionaley(like VERY rarely, once every month or two?) My protein: Hummus, beans, lentils, quinoa(if you havent tried this--DO!) almond butter(more healthy than peanut butter)lots of spinach salad(did you know every food on earth contains protein, other than oil?)
