I had my gallbladder removed and was never the same after surgery. I attributed the stomach issues to post-surgery even though doctors said that was not normal. It took 7 years after gallbladder surgery to finally be diagnosed with celiac. I absolutely believe my celiac was triggered by surgery. Looking back I would have tried some alternatives to gallbladder...
