A question about your question. I understand you have to be careful about lotion, tanning oil, etc because you may ingest it. What is the reasoning behind using gluten-free items such as laundry detergent and fabric sheets? I've been wondering about this for a while - can you help me out? -

I have been gluten-free for 6 years now and still have gastro problems. I've had more tests done and even went out to Mayo Clinic. No answers. Research was done showing femals with celiac disease often have on-going gastro-intestinal problems due to the damage that was done before being diagnosed. HI I've been gluten-free for about 4 years now and no longer eat out. I still enjoy going out to restaurants with friends but eat at home first. I know there are gluten-free restaurants springing up (THANK GOD) on the east coast but are none where I live.
