Hello everyone, although I appreciate all the good information is there not anything new since 2011? I am newly diagnosed celiac and only two months into my journey Baking and quite discouraged about the grittt texture of everything not to mention the outrageous pricing of flour mixes. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated .
