My Continuing Saga With Being Gf And No Sleep

Well I am two weeks completely gluten free, and no signs of improvement in my sleep. Have to give it more time I guess, although I think I have a bit more energy. Haven't found it that hard to stay away from the gluten, just have to more aware of what I am eating, and show more will power. Seems to do the trick. No word from my doctor on my prescription for tryptophan yet. Guess I will give her a call in the morning and see whats up.Started taking 1500 elemental units of Calcium a few days back, apparently lack of calcium in your body can stir up insomnia as well. I am also taking Foxomax.I guess I will just keep trying things until I see some improvement.Thats it for today.
