I went gluten free for a week and felt amazing. I had a piece of bread and went down for 2 days. then i went gluten free and felt great and had creme brûlée took me out 2 days. now I'm waiting for my appointment in 4 days. I know that these foods make me sick. I read that quitting gluten can mess up the blood test. should i continue to eat even though it will make me very very ill? will it really make my tests not right? please advise.
