If you were gluten free or gluten light when the blood tests were done it would cause a false negative. If you want any chance of a positive blood test you need to go back on gluten for at least 3 months before the blood is drawn and then there is still a risk of a false negative. If you feel better gluten free then you don't need a doctors permission to be so. It is not uncommon for us to have vitamin deficiencies but I don't know specifically about vit K.
