It's interesting to see the weight gain that could come with it too. I had not heard about the fact it could make you crave carbs and eat a lot. It could explain a lot of problems with my mom too. Her Dr's say she has IBS because she has constant problems with both ends of the spectrum when it comes to bms. My grandmother had Chrohns diagnosed but never celiac but I'm willing to bet she may well have had it.
