Should I get a IGA-ttg test (transglutaminase)? Is it more accurate or less accurate than gliadin? And it will only come pack positive if I have significant tissue damage right?

I dont have major symptons like massive allergies, cramps migranes etc... I just feel crap when eating gluten, I get headaches, joint pains, imflammation. Im afraid Ill be spending money on a test thats not going to tell me anything anyway. Although the test is very cheap.Ow yeah and also have had chronic fatigue. Dont know if low blood pressure has anything to do with it?

Thoughts?
