It's been my experience that getting a Celiac DX isn't as easy as this article makes it sound? Most Dr.s don't even think to test for it. :o I hope that improves in the future.

I have to say that I'm very happy with the gluten-free Rice Krispies. I grind them and use in place of bread crumbs/cracker crumbs in recipes..and I can make Crispy Treats (dairy free with the use of coconut oil). They're so easy to make, and pretty inexpensive compared to so many gluten-free baked goods. Pop one in a baggy..and they travel well too! :D
