    I had endoscopy Wednesday and the GI guy told me my villi are flat and unhealthy. I have totally eliminated gluten from my diet and followed his directives at all times.     I have remained gluten free since March 17, 2020, the day I was diagnosed with celiac. Since that day, I have added glulten free bagels, bread, cookies and feel miserable. At night I'll grab a handful of mostly gluten-free cookies. Pre-diagnosis, cookies, bread, bagels were just not in my list of foods. So what has changed during these past 15 months...

    Cold All The Time

    Is anyone with celiac cold all the time?  I'm not just cold in hands and feet but my entire core is cold and I'm shivering often.  I wear layers and layers of sweaters and sweatshirts.  The doc raised my thyroid meds but that was weeks ago and it has not helped.

    I've had celiac disease for one year. I am exhausted all the time and have added water to my everyday diet. Coffee was a big addiction and now I have 2 cups. Metamucil has been fabulous in keeping me regular. The NP in my GI doctor's office suggested this and it works like a charm.     I received the Pfizer vaccine last Saturday. It's a 21 day wait until I get the second one. I was just diagnosed with Celiac March 17, 2020 and my hubby died in December, 2020. It's been a year.
